Welcome to MotorLoom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website MotorLoom.co.uk, creating an account, or purchasing a listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Overview

MotorLoom is an online vehicle marketplace where private sellers and dealers can list vehicles for sale. We provide listing and advertising services only — we do not buy, sell, inspect, guarantee, or take ownership of any vehicles.

2. User Accounts

To list a vehicle, you must use a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your details safe and ensuring all information submitted is accurate.

3. Listing Packages & Pricing

Our current packages include:

• Private Seller Listing: £9.99 per vehicle (30 days live)
• Dealer Bundle: £59.99 for 10 listings (each valid for 90 days)

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing active listings.

4. Listing Content Requirements

You agree that all listing content you upload is:

• Accurate and truthful
• Owned by you or licensed to you (including photos)
• Not misleading, illegal, offensive, or fraudulent

We reserve the right to edit, reject, remove, or suspend listings that violate our policies.

5. Sale Agreement Disclaimer

MotorLoom is not involved in the transaction between buyer and seller. We do not:

• Guarantee the condition, quality, or legality of any vehicle
• Verify mileage, history, ownership, or documentation
• Take payment on behalf of sellers or buyers
• Accept liability for any losses or disputes arising from a vehicle sale

All sales are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. MotorLoom does not store or handle card details.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds are provided once a listing has been activated and made live.
• If a user uploads a listing in error, or submits incorrect information, this does not qualify for a refund.
• No refunds are offered for listings that receive low views or no enquiries.

Cancellations:

• You may request removal of your listing at any time.
• Early removal does not entitle you to a refund.
• Dealer bundle packages are non-refundable once purchased.

This policy is clear in these T&C's for compliance with UK consumer law.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not upload or use MotorLoom for:

• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Stolen vehicles
• Spam or abusive content
• Unauthorised business advertising

8. Limitation of Liability

MotorLoom is not liable for:

• Loss of sales or missed enquiries
• Incorrect listing information submitted by users
• Fraudulent activity by buyers or sellers
• Vehicle condition or disputes
• Website downtime or technical issues

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for your listing.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We only use your data to operate your account, publish listings, and process payments.

10. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to list a vehicle on MotorLoom.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when needed. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
